Many of us are exploring how to shift from reductionist systems toward regenerative approaches. I started this journey by creating Cobana in Transylvania - drawn to this region's wild beauty and the way different cultures coexist without forced engagement, just acceptance of how things are and working with that.

That beginning led me from airline captain to regenerative futures facilitator. Through 18 years in aviation, I learned to create conditions for safe collaboration in complex, high-stakes environments. Now I apply these insights to help diverse groups align naturally around meaningful regenerative work.

At Cobana, I don't prescribe collaboration - I create the environment where it can emerge organically. The focus is on creating conditions where authentic partnerships and initiatives can take root naturally by aligning action.

This isn't about managing outcomes, but about creating conditions where planetary citizens can emerge - people exploring how to contribute meaningfully to regenerative approaches, regardless of their background or field.

Cobana is not an escape but a return - to ourselves, our work, and our world.

If you're exploring regenerative approaches in your work or life, join the community and let's have a conversation about creating these conditions together.

Located in Zărnești in Brașov County, Romania, close to "The Piatra Craiului National Park", Cobana is the perfect environment to explore the Carpathian Mountains while working on your projects and creating new collaborations.
