The House
A renovated four-storey haven where wild nature meets focused work.
Cobana is a former guesthouse transformed into a bioregional coliving hub. Every element has been designed to support both deep individual work and spontaneous collaboration.
The house sits at the edge of Zărnești, where the town gives way to forest. From here, the Piatra Craiului mountains rise like a limestone spine, and trails lead directly into some of Europe's last true wilderness.

Coworking and Creation Space
The first floor houses a dedicated coworking area with work desks, lounge area, lots of natural light, and views of the garden. Additional work nooks are scattered throughout the house — a window seat here, a corner desk there — so you can find your rhythm.
