Throughout my pilot career, I had the opportunity to explore these connections. I have delved into the realms of human factors and complexity science, exploring the profound impact of diversity in the workplace. I have gained valuable insights into how embracing diversity can foster effective and harmonious collaboration.

One of the most inspiring places my career took me was Transylvania, a region in Romania renowned for its wild beauty and stunning mountains. Inspired by this magical place, I founded Cobana, a co-living and working hub where I blend local and global voices towards a sustainable future.

As a Community Weaver and Host at Cobana, I create an environment where diverse voices are heard and interconnected. I inspire a transformative ripple effect through a network that celebrates its unique diversity in harmony.

I connect and grow a network of change-makers that co-curate residencies and gatherings focused on regeneration. I use the “Mapping Framework” to explore interdependencies that can enhance the impact of the projects. Maps are a great tool for revealing how our missions and visions are connected and compatible.
